High Quality, No BS!
I just started using Healthy Sports Barbarus Lean Mass Gainer, and it’s already making a great first impression. It mixes easily, tastes smooth, and doesn’t have that heavy or chalky feel some gainers do. The sugar content is low, the quality is high with no bs and it has a pleasant smell. I took it after my workouts, and it kept me full and energized without any bloating. Even early on, I can feel better recovery and more steady energy. Seems to be a good value for the money. I’m excited to keep going with it and see how it supports my lean muscle gains.

Barbarus Mass Gainer is a solid option if you’re trying to gain weight and muscle. Each serving packs 60g of protein and 580 calories, plus added creatine and BCAAs for strength and recovery. The vanilla flavor is decent, and it’s convenient if you struggle to eat enough whole food. However, it does contain 11g of sugar and uses whey concentrate, which may not sit well with those sensitive to dairy. It’s not rich in vitamins or minerals, so it shouldn’t replace real meals. Overall, it’s a useful shake for bulking, but balance it with whole foods to avoid unwanted fat gain or digestive issues.

The taste is just ok. It must be blended in a blender. I tried to mix it in a shaker and with a whisk but that didn’t work. The container is only six servings. You have to use three scoops to get 60 grams of protein. One serving contains only 1.1 grams of creatine. The second ingredient is oatmeal flour.

I think this mass gainer is pretty good overall. I’ve been using it in the mornings and even tried mixing it with milk and coffee—it actually worked well and tasted good. The vanilla flavor isn’t too strong, the packaging was solid, and shipping was fast.Function-wise, it does what it says. With 60g of protein, creatine, and BCAAs, it gives me a solid boost of calories and helps keep me full and energized. I like that I don’t need to buy extra supplements since it’s already built in.If there’s anything that could be improved, it would be the listing info—it could provide more clear details and maybe include FDA approval or more data so buyers know for sure it works like claimed. Still, I would definitely buy this again because the taste, packaging, and overall results have been positive.Rating: 8/10

Decent taste and good value!
This is a pretty good protein powder that doubles as a mass gainer if you take the full serving size. The “gainer” aspect really just comes down to taking multiple scoops per day—if you stick to one scoop, it’ll last longer but won’t have as many calories for weight gain.The vanilla flavor is nice, though my husband still wishes there was a chocolate flavoring (pleeeease) The smell is mild, which I appreciate. The texture blends well, and it’s easy to drink without feeling heavy or overly thick with those nasty chunks inside.. bleghFor the price, it’s niiiice~

This stuff is amazing my husband drinks a shake everyday. He said he normally doesn’t like vanilla flavored protein, but this is really good… This isn’t your normal protein powder it has other supplements in it. It’s a really great product especially for the price.
