Could not be happier
Great product. Have been using it for over a year and have experienced all the benefits and none of the cons. greater mental clarity, increased energy and fast muscular recovery. My training scheedule has a 1,000 calories (in average) daily rutine and after I started taking it, I can wake up and face the next day excercise fresh and fully recovered.

I usually don’t write product reviews, but I have been using this product since January 11th, 2024, and I will preach to the rooftops how good creatine is. I have been weightlifting since August and have noticed a significant improvement in my muscle definition and strength since starting to take 5mg of Creatine daily. Even when I go out of town I carry some so I don’t miss a day. It even good for brain and muscle heath if you do not lift weightsThis product is simple and effective. I add the powder to my first jug of water in the morning, and after a good mix, it dissolves well and easily. Also, I love the unflavored versions as first thing in the morning I don’t want a mange or berry blast flavor that other brands sell.It is important to note that this is not a miracle supplement. You are still going to have to push yourself in the gym, but it helps you get the most of every lift.

Great fitness product for a great price
I have been dedicated and consistent at the gym since January of 2025. After researching supplements it was apparent that creatine is the best and if not only fitness supplement that is most beneficial to enhancing one’s performance.I take 5mg; which is 1 little scoop in my protein shake after every workout. I am on my 3rd container. Very affordable and at 40 years old I have whipped myself into great shape over the last five months – this product is apart of my results.
