A Nice Surprise
This formula for BCAA has a very good taste and dissolves well in cold water. I typically use 12-16 oz of water instead of 8 so the taste is not too strong. I can’t speak to the health results because I’ve been using it for only a week. But it provides calcium, Vitamin 3, biotin, and more without my having to take large pills that I have a hard time swallowing. I’m very pleased with the product and have subscribed to receive it every 6 weeks.

Works really well when I overdo it in the heat. Only reason I didn’t do 4 stars is that the flavor is a bit over powering.

First time to try the peach mango, absolutely delicious! I have been drinking the raspberry lemonade which was also good. Started 2 months ago due to excessive hair loss and once a day has increased the hair growth along with the the wrinkles becoming less noticeable!

Sucralose bad ingredient
I couldn’t not finish 1 scoop in 24 oz of water. Way too sweet and I love sweets. I checked the ingredients. Surcalose? Bad ingredient. Very disappointed. I will go back to other BCAA’s I’ve used before. I liked that this had vitamins but it doesn’t matter if it upsets your stomach. I got a refund since you can’t return it.

Hands down the best BCAA’s I have found. I love that it is formulated for women. My hair and nails are proof that there are good quality ingredients in this. I’m very impressed so far, just purchased my second canister and now am on auto ship as I do not want to be without it. Peach mango is the flavor I have ordered and taste is yummy. Not only is this 3rd party tested, it’s a great value for the product.

A few words of wisdom…
The flavor was great, but definitely tasted similar to some kind of peach schnapps shot (lol) and really did notice good muscle recovery. However, i would like to caution you to look at the ingredients. I had several painful breakouts while using this product. Once I eliminated it, the breakouts stopped surfacing 🤷🏻♀️ I’m going to chalk it up to the concentration of B vitamins? I know too much B vitamins in your system can cause breakouts. Wish this weren’t the case because I liked the product otherwise!
