This is the best melatonin combo we’ve tried yet. It works so well keeps me asleep through the whole night. Taste great too.

This stuff is INCREDIBLE.My teenager has been having to take melatonin for a while now due to her ADHD & the meds she’s on for school. One gummy knocks her out in 5-10 minutes. On rare occasions she will need 2 and even then, the 5 minute sleep-mode activates. She is able to wake herself up (not in a deep “knocked out” sleep into morning hours) and is in a refreshed/not groggy state, which is personally delightful to deal with first thing in the morning from a parent’s perspective.I even gifted a container to my sister who was struggling with sleep. It wasn’t a “cure all” like it was for us (she’s going to talk to her doctor about further steps like a sleep test – sleep apnea runs in our family), but she said it’s the best melatonin product she’s tried and it did help, even if not completely.Try it!

4 stars only because they are pretty good at getting me relaxed. I struggle to go to sleep and staying asleep. The amount of melatonin in these are only 3. I think I need more than that because it’s still taking me 3 hours to fall asleep. They taste great, texture is great, value for money I’d say is fine if they can get you to sleep. When I eventually fall asleep, let’s say 3 hours later, when I finally wake up, it is so hard to get up, and I feel drowsy for the first couple of hours that I’m awake. If you get 8 or more hours of sleep when taking these, i’m sure you won’t have that problem. I only get 6 or less every night because of my sleep problem. It says it’s not for long term use. I actually was taking them every night. DON’T DO THAT, please lol. After 3 weeks every single night, the inside of my ears when I was laying in bed felt like they were burning and I was unable to breathe clearly through my nose. Overall, I don’t think I will buy them again, only if the melatonin is higher than 3.

I love these melatonin gummies! They are great because are not too strong and the magnesium helps with muscle relaxation. I use every week and definitely helps me fall asleep.

They work okay, but they’re like chewing a flavored bicycle tire. They’re so tough they could easily sub for a dog’s chew-toy.
