Better alternative to sleeping pills
Love this tea. Tastes like gingerbread, and instantly puts me to sleep. Better than any sleeping pill for me.

Delicious Tea!
I drink a lot of tea and this is my favorite. I was getting sick pretty often so I wanted something to support my immune system but also still tasted amazing. Highly recommend this one!

Serves it’s purpose. Became groggy shortly after consuming. I don’t care much for the taste, but I’ve had worse. Would buy again, if in a pinch.`

Effective sleep tea
Steep the tea bag for at least 4 minutes. The tea starts working about 20-25 minutes after you drink it. Once you start feeling drowsy, drop everything and try to sleep otherwise the effect goes away . Has been working for me .

Can’t live without it. I love this tea for after dinner. I have it every night, even when traveling. Yummy, great aid for digestion, and even helps to reduce gas or bloating. Thank you!

Good way to start the day
I like this tea alot – every morning with honey & fresh lemon. The ginger is stronger than some competitors, which some folks might not care for. Personally, I enjoy the blended flavors. Pricing is in line with similar products.
