I think it works?
A coworker recommended this product to use with my 22 month old as he went through a terrible sleeping spell (nay, regression?). I was four days deep in minimal sleep and at my wits end, so I purchased this during a fever dream and am so happy I did. He has been sleeping soundly through the night and isn’t fighting going down as much as he used to. Yes, I recognize it could be an array of things contributing to this, but we spent 4 nights without this spray and he woke up before 6am every morning.Ultimately, I will continue purchasing this to have on hand until he’s in his own bed, putting himself down.

This magnesium spray has been a total game-changer in our bedtime routine. Kids Magnesium Oil Spray
We purchased the kids magnesium oil spray for our 3 yr old granddaughter and our daughter in law has already noticed a difference in her toddler’s sleep, much calmer. She’s a fan of the product!

May work for others but not for us.
I really wanted this to work for my 4-year-old daughter, but unfortunately I didn’t notice any difference after using it consistently for a month. The spray itself was easy to apply and gentle on her skin, but we just didn’t see the results we were hoping for. Disappointing given the price.

Odorless, absorbs quickly with no residue, good way to get used to treatment
I wanted to try applying magnesium externally in the hopes it would work quicker / better than ingesting it in gummy form as I’ve been doing, so I picked up this spray admittedly meant for kids just so I could ease myself in gently and get used to it by starting out in smaller doses. I like that it is odorless, it does not leave any perceptible residue but I do have to fight the urge to feel like I’m getting tickled by the spray. So far I’ve not noticed any side effects and it does appear to be helping a little with my night-time leg cramps that have been plagueing me as of late. Once I’ve used this up I’ll step up to a stronger form.

Tried but didn’t work
I wanted to use this for awhile to give it a real chance to work before I review it. I’ve been using it for 10 days. More than one of my drs have suggested that I take magnesium at night so I was really hopeful that this would be helpful for my problems sleeping. I have issues with both falling and staying asleep. The product didn’t feel sticky or greasy or feel like it left any kind of weird residue on my skin and that was good for me. I think it would be a plus if I were putting it on a child. Unfortunately, I did not notice any improvement in either going to sleep or staying asleep while using this product, nor did I have any negative effects. It’s possible that on a smaller body, a child, they may have a different reaction and I don’t have access to any youngsters anymore. I do think it would definitely be worth trying though.
