Good one to help with sleep
I rub a couple of spray’s under each of my feet before sleeping and it helps keep me asleep through the night. If i wake up it night, it helps me sleep back quickly. I got the lavender one and the smell is quite good/calming. The oil is also not too oily or sticky.

Don’t believe the hype
Has not helped my sleep at all and in fact has made my restless legs worse. I’m spending more time than ever stretching my legs out and walking off the sensation at night. Also very sticky and gummy feeling on my feet. I been using for about a week and it’s awful and the skin is peeling off of the bottom of my feet. My feet are so dry and itchy and I just can’t get enough moisturizer on them since I stopped using this stuff.
