Herbal Planet Sleep Tea can help you relax for a peaceful night of sleep. The resealable bag holds 20 individually wrapped pyramid shaped tea bags with a string and tag. To steep a cup, you just need 8 ounces of hot water and 5-10 minutes of time. When the hot water met the tea bag, the primary scent notes were chamomile and lavender. When the ingredients are reconstituted, they filled the tea bag entirely with bright colors of yellow, green, and red. The finished tea is a lovely golden color with a prominent chamomile flavor complemented with subtle lavender flavor notes. It is delicious as is and also with a touch of honey to add sweet flavor notes. It is a comforting drink to enjoy as a finishing note for the day. I was able to get a good night of sleep without waking up randomly and did not have a groggy or foggy head when I awoke like I do when I take an over the counter sleep aid. I like that I was able to get such a good night of sleep by simply drinking a cup of tea made up of a blend of natural ingredients. The tea is made with 5 ingredients: chamomile flower, jujube seed, lavender flower, peppermint leaf and Albizia bark. The manufacturer stated that this tea is not recommended during pregnancy and to consult your healthcare provider before use. It is a caffeine-free, no sugar added, no artificial flavors, vegan, and gluten-free product. The USDA Certified Organic product that I received has a best by date of 12 months from the date that I received it. I found the tea worth the purchase as it worked well for me. I will definitely add it to my Amazon cart again.

Delicious herbal tea, earthy and floral taste with minty finish
The tea bags were pretty good sized, and the tea’s quality was good, smelling fresh and with each tea bag containing a lot of the blended tea ingredients. I brewed the tea per the instructions and it came out after 5 minutes with a mild golden color.I tried the tea and found it had a pleasant herbal, earthy, mildly sweet taste, followed up by the brisk mint flavor. The blend of this tea’s ingredients is really good!I normally drink tea without sweeteners, though for herbal tea sometimes I add sugar. But with this tea I felt like I could drink it without adding any sweeteners.For value for money this tea is a little on the expensive side per serving, compared to other herbal teas that advertise sleep benefits. But this tea is worth it if you like really fresh ingredients, as each tea bag comes in it’s own protective bag, and also the package is resealable to help guarantee freshness.As far as sleep quality it’s hard to say but I think I would feel like I would get better sleep most of the time drinking this tea! Definitely a recommended herbal tea product for evening enjoyment, and hopefully for improved sleep quality!

Relaxing ingredients
This tea has a great combination of ingredients! I felt more relaxed after drinking it.I don’t like to add sugar or sweetener to my teas, but the flavor wasn’t my favorite without some sort of added sweet, that’s the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.Overall it’s a good value for price.

Made a tea drinker out of me.
I am more of a coffee drinker and really don’t like tea. That said, I’m having surgery soon so I thought I would try this for something relaxing to enjoy while I recuperate. I was pleasantly surprised. It had a really nice flavor, and the scent was very pleasant as well. I love lavender. It was very relaxing, and I will probably be enjoying this before my surgery as well. It just might have made a tea drinker out of me. Pretty packaging and would also make a nice gift.

Tasty, strong sedative effect
The tea bags are nylon pyramids, individually sealed in clear plastic pouches, which are in turn sealed in a larger overall bag. The ingredients inside the bag look like high-quality whole ingredients, none of this finely-chopped stuff that is so common in teabags. The aroma is lovely even before brewing, and strengthens after the brew.The flavor is good, with chamomile taking center stage and mint and lavender quite noticeable. I am less familiar with the other two ingredients (jujube seed and albizia bark) but since I believe those are included for their medicinal effects rather than flavor, I guess they were masked effectively!I noticed a surprisingly strong sedative effect. Within half an hour or so, I was having trouble keeping my eyes open. When I got into bed, I fell asleep promptly and slept solidly. I would say the effect is pretty similar to low-dose melatonin. Overall, it works as advertised!
