I am well versed in probiotics. I have used several different kinds, different types from powders capsules, Kiefer, etc. I bought these because the ones I was taking were insanely costly and these were not only comparable, but they were extremely inexpensive. I took 2 a day, because I need them or I don’t even go to the bathroom, over the past month I have noticedI actually pass my gas instead of being bloated, which for some may sound like a bad thing, but I literally never pass gas. So as a result I always had gas pains, pressure, and bloating. This changed that within one-two weeks. Also, my gas isn’t smelly!!! I could pass gas wherever and not worry I’ll be clearing the building!! LolI became extremely regular. It didn’t make me go excessively, or have loose bowels. In fact it just made going much easier and more frequent. I’m a tough case so I’m sure the longer I take it the better off I will be. I have taken others that have given me intense tummy cramps, etc. and didn’t even help me go.I have actually been HUNGRY. I’ve dealt with tummy problems for years, and I haven’t actually gotten hungry in 5+ years, my tummy hurt from the moment I woke up until late at night. Taking these has completely changed that for me, I am hungry within an hour or two after taking it, I am having regular bowel movements, and I don’t ever get pain or that upset stomach I used too.BUY THESE LADIES! They are a godsend and towards the end of this bottle I realized I was running low, I was able to limit myself to just one a day and continue to see the same great effects. I will continue to take two each morning, but in a bind you can definitely get great results out of just one. As long as the price stays reasonable, I won’t ever buy another probiotics these are FANTASTIC!***BONUS*** my husband is one of the most regular people bowel movement wise I have ever known. Like clockwork daily, he has a high metabolism and I swear an iron guy. Every so often he does get bound up (too much cheese!! 😂) I have given him the Phillips gentle tint pink laxatives I’ve had to take 4-6 of to get to work. Well, no matter what he always gets intense cramps from any sort of stool softener or laxative, I thought to myself why doesn’t he try one of these? He doesn’t take them regularly because he doesn’t need them, and just one of these (probably could have taken half!!) helped him go with ease, zero cramping, zero intense pain, zero diarrhea! Got him back to normal with just ONE capsule. So they are excellent to have around if you have any issues with constipation or IBD occasionally, they are WAYYYY better than dealing with the painful and harmful effects of even the most gentle laxatives!!

They have multiple good strains of bacteria. While the addition of cranberry is very beneficial, I can no longer use them to start yogurt with, it just didn’t work. I lost a whole batch of yogurt. I used a different kind of milk so it may not have been all cranberry in the probiotic. But not anxious to try it again. Never a batch do that before. They seem to be good for what they are intended for. Easy to swallow. Have no smell, so very easy to take. I have been using this brand for a while now, I like the bacteria strains that are included. Seem to be a good quality at a reasonable price.

BEST EVER TO HELP MY REFLUX ALSO
OMFG. Best thing EVER. My gyn dr recommended it. I have bad reflux issues and would be up burning in my throat so freaking bad. I notice since I have taken this daily I have had none. Even tested it by drinking alcohol and eating chocolate late. NO REFLUX I am AMAZED. I did not realize it helps that until I looked it up because that was all I did different and it did say it helps. EXCELLENT

Not bad, but didn’t do what I was hoping it would do.
My gut feels much happier since I started using this product. However, my vaginal health has only seen marginal improvements. I suffer from frequent vaginal yeast infections, which I was hoping this product would help curb by replenishing my vaginal microbiome, but it has done quite literally nothing to help mitigate the infections.In my opinion, this product should only be used if you are primarily trying to boost your gut microbiome and want to help your vaginal microbiome on the side. It should not be used — in my opinion and experience — to recover your vaginal microbiome from infections or after taking antibiotics. This should be used more like a vaginal maintenance product.Ultimately, I don’t regret taking these probiotics. They have significantly helped improve my gut health and they have not harmed me in any way. I’m just disappointed in the lack of improvement to my vaginal health after two weeks of taking them. I would have expected improvements due to the sheer volume of strains contained within, but again, I’ve seen no improvements. This isn’t a bad product per-se, it’s just not one that met my needs.
