Wholesome wellness whole food multivitamin
I’ve been subscribed to this whole food multivitamin for a while, and overall it’s a good quality supplement with clean ingredients. However, I recently realized it contains iron, which I’m currently trying to avoid due to my personal health needs. Because of that, I decided to cancel my subscription. It’s still a solid product for those who need iron, but it just isn’t the right fit for me.

Wonderful Pain Relieving Multivitamin♡
This is the best multivitamin I’ve ever used! The natural, organic whole food ingredients are fantastic, and I’ve had no negative side effects. My urine has turned bright yellow, almost neon, which I don’t mind, because I know it’s just all the different herbs and nutrients doin’ their thing. So don’t be alarmed if you see the same thing.This multivitamin is potent and it’s given me increased energy and focus while slightly reducing my overall chronic pain, which is great when you have an exhausting chronic illness (fibro, CFS, degenerative discs, etc.) to deal with! The tablets are a bit on the larger side, but I don’t have much trouble swallowing them. If you do, just take one at a time.I also bought this multivitamin for my mom, who has osteoarthritis, and her pain and mobility have improved significantly, after just one dose. After one week of daily use, her severe limping is almost completely gone and she hasn’t needed a single Advil for hip pain. I’m telling you, this has been the single most significant remedy for her and it’s such a blessing! The nutrients, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory ingredients have truly been helping both me and my mom and we will continue to take this for a long time. Now my dad takes the men’s version. I HIGHLY recommend this supplement!

It works! I have gone through 1 full bottle onto 2nd
This absolutely works. I feel so much better and recover from late nights and hangovers faster when taking these. I haven’t gotten sick since even with lack of sleep. After 1 full bottle, I have set myself up for auto-delivery every 2 months. I noticed taking 3 tablets at the same time ends up peeing lots of it out. It’s too much. So space them out throughout the day. 1 in the morning with coffee, the 2nd with lunch and 1 with dinner. Or I just take them whenever I feel like it but just not all at once. I think it’s so much vitamins, you can’t process that much at once. Either way, you’ll know it’s working when your urine is a bright yellow.After 1st bottle ran out, I went about a 3 to 4 days without them and boy did I notice the difference. I was more sluggish, more brain foggy, and just didn’t seem to have the oomph anymore. I was back to feeling like my old self what I thought was normal for my 43 year old body.. My new bottle came in and the very next morning I noticed waking up was easier, energy at night was back. The best way to explain it is it’s not like a caffeine pill or anything, it just makes you feel normal with normal all-day energy. The key is spacing them out. At least for me.If you can’t eat a healthy meal for whatever reason, on the go etc, take one or 2 of these with your fast food meal and suddenly it’s not so bad. At least you’re getting high amounts of nutrition with these vegetable pills.Also to note, I have always been a daily multi-vitamin person and I’ve never had the response from a Multi that I have gotten from these. So the lab-made daily concoction pill has been removed from my regimen.. I am only taking these as my daily.I highly recommend these.

Pill too big!!
These seem soooo good, they have a great combination of vitamins but the pills are way too big? I just consumed them for a few days because every time I took them I felt them almost getting stock in my throat, very unpleasant feeling. I even tried to break them in half but they crumble in powder and also feels worse drinking them down with the broken rough edges! I’d loved them of they came in soft gels or smaller sized pills 😿

These were recommended to me. I really like them, they are filled with all good things! They do make me pee bright yellow though. Have bought several times.
