Had to throw it away after one use. It pretty much disintegrated while I as using it. Don’t buy. It’s a complete waste of money.

Perfect size and easy to carry to class. Being certified in yoga a few years ago, I want to keep my certification. I keep taking classes and practicing. Being petite, 5’ and between 95 and 100 lbs., I do not want a bulky mat. This is perfect. It stays secure, indoors and out and allows you to do your “ down dog” “up dog” and more with ease and comfort and best of all stability. Buy it if you’re searching.

Rips, cracks and flakes easily
These look and feel nice. I’ve purchased about 20 for a work event and they are just not the best as far as durability but if you’re using it at home should be great!My personal mat is a different brand that was more expensive. So I guess for the price it’s fair.Unless you have a cat. A cat would easily rip this thing to shreds in seconds.

If you want to know, how is it to use for a yoga mat I don’t know! I actually bought it to cut up and make a cushion in a cat area for comfort!!!
