Good quality for price
I love the rowing machine at the gym, and I have long wanted to get one for home, since I have a tiny baby and not enough time these days to actually go out to the gym very often. The assembly on this machine took less than half an hour, and the instructions were straightforward. The app includes some great introductory workout videos to help with proper rowing form, and the phone mount works great. Smooth rowing function with good tension increase, and pretty quiet overall. It’s doesn’t fold down tiny, but you can fold it up to tuck into a closet pretty easily.

DEFECTED!
This row machine was easy to assemble. However, after getting it together the battery was corroded and the spring inside the battery case was corroded as well and fell right off once I was trying to reassemble some batteries. This is literally all in the same day of me receiving and putting together the machine. So there is not way to get power to the rowing machine to get the calorie counter, distance exc. to work. Very disappointed I was so happy to make this purchase and receive it, only for it not to work.

Better than expected
Good quality at this price point. Missing some washers, but they were easy to find at the hardware store. Video of assembly was easy to follow. App download shows you how to row properly and then scale your workouts to meet your goals. Machine operates smoothly and quietly.

Vague instructions to a cheap broken product.
0 stars for 2 reasons. #1 the instructions are so vague you have to rely on the dark pictures. #2 once assembled realized it had no power. We poped the front office to see a circuit board hotglued to death and a battery pack covered with rust and acid.To fix the problem I have to take it all apart and send it back to be replaced or refunded. We worked so hard to put it together correctly this is tragic.
