New formula is not as good
The formula for this has been changed in the past year. It used to be thicker like a cream, now it’s a bit runny like a lotion. The coverage is not as good as it once was. It is very hydrating though.

Rufolio “Eyemulsion” Does a Pretty Good Job
While this cleverly named Rufolio Eyemulsion is not colorless but light beige (see photo), it does not give you any coverage. It is not a color corrector or makeup in any form. It works like any other eye moisturizer, and it does a pretty good job.This came with a label covering the ingredients, but since the company was very transparent, they are listed on this page in the description, and I could check them out very easily. I don’t see anything in this eye cream that would trigger a reaction on delicate skin, and I do not have any irritation or watering or discomfort when using it. I’ve been using it all week with no issues. There’s no fragrance, and there are lots of good ingredients here.I initially thought this was a really small container, but when I compared it to my other brand name natural eye cream, the size was identical. But be aware that you are not getting more than a slim tube about 4″ high. The product came very safely packaged. It was sealed inside the box on both ends, and the tube itself had one of those foil seals that had to be peeled off. This is important to me because I am using it very close to my eyes. I need to know it is as pure as possible.I noted that the opening was more than just a tiny hole. You do need to keep that in mind and carefully squeeze with very little pressure to get the small amount you will need to moisturize all around the eye area. You won’t need very much. This moisturizer is thick but easy to apply without any “drag.”As has been noted in another review, this is not going to magically make your dark circles go away. I am 77 and have yet to find anything short of a good concealer that’s going to do that. What it does do is give your eyes a nice soft glow that makes them appear brighter and more wide awake. It does add moisture. But it does leave a very slight sticky feeling behind that lingered long after it was applied. This is my one and only problem.I think it is a good natural and safe moisturizer for delicate eyes and am fairly satisfied that it is, while not the best eye cream I’ve ever used, a very good deal.

I had high hopes after reading all the hype for this product. The tube I received appeared to be only half full. I tried using for two days and no matter how carefully and sparingly I applied it the product seemed to slowly seep into my eyes and burn horribly. I’ve never experienced this with an eye cream before. Not for me.
