This pilates kit is perfect. I left my resistance ring at my daughter’s house after Christmas so I ordered another one. I saw this package and I needed resistance bands, and the ball is just a bonus for me. I love it. It is made extremely well. It is better than the one I left behind. I have used it 2x daily since I got it… Prior to this I was exercising maybe every 2 or 3 days. I’m more consistent now.

Great starter kit for at-home pilates
Great set for getting started with at-home pilates! The ring assembly was super easy and the ball was easy to inflate as well. It does lose air a little after using but not enough to inhibit the workout.
