I absolutely love this Pilates kit! Every piece feels sturdy and well-made, and it’s perfect for beginners or anyone getting back into a routine. The resistance bands have great tension, the bar is comfortable to use, and the whole set makes workouts easy to follow at home. There are some really nice pieces in the kit like the shoes have a good grip under the bottom. The material seems to be durable on all the items included in the kit.The stretch bands are awesome. The squeeze ball works well once blown up. I'm in love with the workout plan at least I have a guide as to how I should be using the Pilates kit on a daily basis. The kit is a steal for the price. I looked at other sites and other areas and they want you to join a program in order to get the kit which is like a hundred and something dollars. And just a little bit of time that I received the product I feel like the one workout that I tried I feel like if I keep up with it that it's going to be very effective.

Nice Pilates kit, seems like well made equipment. It comes with a drawstring backpack that holds it all which is nice. However, the pump used to inflate the ball was broken, not a huge deal because I had another pump. That’s why I gave it 4 stars.

This Pilates kit is all inclusive. It has everything you need to work out at home. The individual pieces are all very good quality and it comes with a bag to keep everything together. There are 3 different weights for the long resistance bands and the loop bands. This kit is a great value for your money.
