I know the description says this is a kit for women, and I’m sure my wife will be using this too (after I make it look like fun) but I just really wanted the resistance bands to help me rehab some injuries and slowly start getting back in to more strenuous exercises. I was not disappointed. These bands are great! These are so much better than regular exercise bands. They don’t just feel more comfortable to use, they seem to feel more like actual weight resistance than rubber bands for some reason that I can’t explain.They seem easier to use as well because there are no handles to fumble with or move around so you can change resistance as quickly as you can move your hand(s) to another spot on the band.These are also longer than a lot of the other ones I’ve seen, which is great because you can always grab them in different places, step on them or whatever to shorten them up, but there’s nothing you can do to those short straps the competition sells to make them longer except cut them, which is not a solution for many reasons. I also like the mesh bags they provide for storing the straps, which let’s them breathe and air out in case you get them sweaty.This kit comes with everything you need to do the exercises shown, and while I wasn’t planning to seriously try my hand at Pilates, some of these exercises are probably just what I need to rehab things, increase flexibility, and prepare for resuming the workouts I was doing before. It’s been a long time. I’m much older, have a bad memory now, I’m more achy, less flexible and I have a bad memory now. The worst part is… wait, I can’t remember what the worst part is.They include little brochures of exercises with this kit, but they are really small and hard to read but these pictures of them are good enough to use those instead, so if you have a bad memory, you can use the pictures to remind you how to do the exercises. Thankfully, I don’t really need them myself as I have a mind like a steel whatchamacallit, and never forget anything.I think these are sold at a fair price for the quality of the straps. They seem like they’ll last and be durable, as does the rest of the kit.

I got this for my sister’s birthday presents and she loved it! It is everything she needs to do her pilates at home and she was wanting and needing the new straps! They seem well made she liked the fabric inside the straps and of course the colors were cute she said. LOL a good gift or for yourself.Packaging was well done and I do not see it breaking in transport.I received this product for review. I was not paid for my opinion, I have not been contacted by the seller, and my opinion is my own honest opinion for better or worse. The only difference between my normal reviews and my Vine reviews, are I try to go more in depth out of courtesy for others and in respect of the program itself. I also still have to pay taxes, actually use the product, and spend time writing this. I borrowed this initial format from another vine program reviewer, but did not get his name so whomever you are, thank you!!! My impression overall of the vine program as since the sellers know we are free to leave our honest opinion, they believe in their products before putting them into the program!! My favorite resistance band set!
Good quality resistance bands. I like the 3 different strengths and that they are color coordinated. I like that there are small and large resistance bands for various purposes. They stay in place and they give good resistance but don’t hurt my feet when I exercise barefoot, like the rubber resistance bands do.I also like the small inflatable ball and the pilates resistance ring for strength building and stretching.

Good little setup
This whole set comes as pictured, I haven’t noticed any issues with any of the equipment. It would definitely make the most out of nothing for someone who cannot get to the gym but still wants to feel like they’re making a change in their fitness routine.
