This spray actually helps with soreness and achy muscles. My husband and have found it to have benefits to help with sleep at night also. We rub in around our stomach area before bed. And use anywhere where we might have soreness or achiness on our body. I have read that magnesium has a lot of health benefits. It may not relieve all soreness at all times. But it does help significantly.
