Perfect for added electrolytes. The flavor was mild and tasty. A great value for the price. It is fizzy, I.didmt know that upon purchase, so it was a suprise, but it didn’t effect the taste

I am pretty sensitive to items like this stomache-wise. But these tablet saved my life! As a 40 something woman doing her first advanced athletic event, these hydration tablets didn’t bother my stomach or make me feel ill. They kept my head clear and I was able to keep going! Will not do anything in this Florida summer heat without them ever again. I mixed one tablet with 32 ounces of water and it gave the water just the perfect balance of flavor. These also helped my teenage daughter survive during a boot camp outing.

Product seems exposed to moisture as tablets are all stuck together and very difficult to separate. Though packaging was sealed the tablets are all fused together in a solid mass
