I’ve been taking these iron tablets daily and they work great. No upset stomach, easy to swallow, and I feel more energetic. Good value for a big bottle too.

Label is misleading and could cause death if interpreted wrong
Deducting a star because the product label/description is a bit confusing. 325mg of ferrous sulfate would be 65mg of iron so I can see some people in the reviews think they need to take multiple to get the recommended daily amount, even though it says to take 1 tablet on the bottle. This should be more explicitly stated that it is 65mg of elemental (pure) iron FROM 325mg ferrous sulfate on the front of the label like most other brands do on the market. At a minimum, it should be added to the description that it is 65mg of elemental iron from 325mg of ferrous sulfate rather than just “65mg iron.” Instead, it appears that it is 65mg of ferrous sulfate, so you would need to take 5 to equal 65mg of elemental iron (which would truly be 325mg of elemental iron from 1,625mg ferrous sulfate – please don’t do this). **Doses over 250mg of elemental iron could potentially be lethal**
