Minerals and vitamins at a great price.
Great salt content ( Sodium and Potassium), B vitamins and magnesium at a good priceThere’s nothing else to ask for.I use these salt tablets during >2hr runs and >3hr rides or whenever cramp starts teasing. I think they work well and will always buy this brand.The only complaint (insignificant) is that with the filller, when the capsule is opened and mixed in a drink, the contents doesn’t dissolve thoroughly.

These really help me and the family with headaches brought on by dehydration. They do not even upset my wife’s sensitive stomach. They are not bigger than a multivitamin and the capsule makes it easy to swallow. They don’t have a taste. They heal headaches if caused by electrolyte imbalance.

I work in landscaping and most of the time sport drinks don’t cut it.
I use these daily. I’m rather impressed with their performance. I’ve used sport drinks, electrolytes powders, and fizzy tablets, but these pills haven’t disappointed even during the worst Florida summer days working in landscaping. Good muscle hydration and reduction of cramping during strenuous activities.

Great for cramp fasciculation syndrome
I have cramp fasciculation syndrome (muscle twitching and cramping daily). My electrolyte levels are “normal” but I find adding even more to my daily routine helps alot, especially when traveling. I got super tired of powders and drinks so these capsules have been incredibly helpful for my daily management of CFS.
