Magnesium spray for sleep
I bought magnesium oil spray to help with my sleep. This is my routine, about an hour before bed, I spray the soles of my feet, my calves, my stomach, and my forearms. I have been using this spray for about a month. I didn’t notice immediate results, but after a couple weeks, I have noticed myself feeling more relaxed and sleepy. It seems to work on sore areas as well!! If you are patient, it’s a great product!
