Pleasant Tasting
Overall, I found this tea to have a pleasant flavor with the mint and raspberry leaf playing particularly well together. The tea sachets are the right size for a single cup of tea, and they brew in a reasonable amount of time, though you don’t have to be careful not to oversteep the tea because it has a tendency to become bitter if you do. My big complaint is how this tea is packaged. All of the satchels are in a single bag, and that bag isn’t resealable, which means you will have to transfer the tea to an airtight container in order to maintain freshness.

A pleasure to drink
A relaxing, herbal tea that smells and tastes great. It makes a light-colored tea with a hint of mint and ginger, but leans more toward the taste of lemon and is slightly fruity to me. The ingredients say spearmint, but the listing title says peppermint – I can’t identify which minty hint it is. They do not mention that this is organic. But I like this blend very much and I steep it a full 6 to 7 minutes before drinking it with a bit of stevia or honey added. No caffeine, no additives, no preservatives – just some blended natural herbs that aid with hormones, mood, digestion and relaxation. And it does give me a relaxed, pleasing solace as I drink it. The safely plastic-wrapped box contains an inner sealed bag that holds 30 tea bags, so it seems very fresh. This tea is something that I’d like to continue using over the long term because it’s a mild and soothing relief that helps me unwind from a long day.

Pleasant tasting tea
the tea has a pleasant taste, lemony with a slight fruity taste. It doesn’t make me feel jittery or bother my stomach. It is a nice tea to have after dinner before bed. Based on how I have felt the past 6 months and the fact that my cycle has gone haywire the past 2 months I’m pretty sure I am now in perimenopause. So far I have not felt any of the benefits they claim from drinking the tea, But I have researched the ingredients and everything I have come across shows them as being helpful for a woman’s system. I think it is just going to take a bit more time

This hormone balancing tea tastes great! I would describe the taste as lemony with a hint of fruit followed by a slight minty or cool after taste. I like that this tea is sugar free, caffeine free, preservative free, and additive free. It smells great as well.I definitely agree that this tea is relaxing. As for if it balances hormones or helps with PMS symptoms? I’ve yet to see benefits. Maybe time will tell?I feel the list price of $20.99 for 30 tea bags seems very high, especially considering the packaging or ad doesn’t specify if this tea is organic or Non-GMO.
