Good value
I am not gonna lie, I haven’t used this. I am into lifting and I had this wild idea that I would get into Pilates. I will say this tho. The bands come in handy for warm ups, stretches, and glute activation. The quality is fair, considering I don’t do Pilates and have no similar items to compare to. The value is great, considering the cost of Pilates classes, and the ball was simple to inflate with my mouth.
