Perfect for travel but a bit thin
I got this mat to use on a trip and it has been great ever since. It’s noticeably thinner than the Gaiam mat I use at home and for yoga class, but I knew that it would be thinner in order to fold. It’s pretty good overall, but you wouldn’t want to use it on very hard floor surface or your hands will become angry with you during downward dog! I appreciate having this to pack in my bag so I can do yoga in my hotel or check out local yoga studios when I travel.

Fantastic for travel
I love how this folds into a square or rectangle instead of rolls up. I bring it on all my business trips, it easily fits across my clothes within a standard carry on suitcase. It’s sticky enough to keep me from sliding around. A note that it is on the thinner side (par for the course with a travel mat) so I like using it on a rug and I don’t do any poses that are particularly precarious or need padding.

I LOVE the folding feature but the material is very thin. Also a little more slippery but that’s also makes it easy to clean and last longer.

High quality material made for on the go!I used this product for traveling and it was worth it! Comes with a cardboard sleeve to keep mat in place. Mat folds into a compact square; easy to fit into a suitcase or backpack! Unfolds into a large, spacious mat. Great comfort and easy stability for workouts or yoga. Easy nonstick, no slip material. Doesn’t come with a strap. Overall mat is great!

Folds, but slippery when sweaty
This mat works as advertised, it’s great for travel and folds up nicely into a suitcase or bag. The mat is on the thin side, but that’s clearly advertised, and its a travel mat, not made for luxury. My issue and the reason for 3 stars is their coating on the mat. It is advertised as being super sticky/grippy, which it is until you have a single drop of sweat on you. At that point it becomes a slip-n-slide. I want to love this mat, and it’s still useful for travel. Maybe, hopefully, the coating with change with more use and I won’t be paranoid about falling on my face while downward dog-ing.

Got this to travel for work. now this is the only mat I use. Easy to unfold and get ready for yoga. Easy to clean and put away for latter. Lays flat for easy packing.

Great for travel
This is a excellent yoga mat for travel and being able to put in your carry-on suitcase. It is a lot thinner and truly portable compared to other super thin travel mats on the market (lulu, manduka…). It’s obviously less padded than a thicker option, but you can also layer with a towel. Used this also in a class and it worked completely fine and was so much easier to fold up after!

Como indica la descripción del producto, se trata de una esterilla fina, pero precisamente es eso lo que facilita su repliegue y que quepa sin problemas en una maleta o bolso grande. Además, la textura pegajosa facilita el equilibrio. No recomiendo usarla con manos húmedas, sí con calcetines de yoga en los pies.

He estado usando esta esterilla Gaiam durante mucho tiempo, tanto en casa como al aire libre, y me ha funcionado muy bien. Es fácil de doblar, ligera y cabe perfecto en una mochila o maleta cuando viajo.Lo que más valoro es que no se resbala, incluso sobre piso liso, y sigue en buen estado a pesar del uso frecuente. También se limpia rápido, lo cual ayuda mucho cuando la llevo al parque.Para quienes buscan una opción portátil sin sacrificar comodidad, esta ha sido una muy buena experiencia.Si te gusto mi reseña dale like!!
