I really like this serum — it feels super lightweight but still gives great hydration. Good addition to a hydrating skincare routine
I have oily dehydrated skin and I live in a dry climate.I see this serum has hit and miss reviews, for some it works wonderfully and for some it doesn’t work at all. For me it works but I also have a skincare routine that best suits my needs.With having dehydrated skin, I have to cut out steps I used to do in the past that I did not realize were doing more harm than good. For example, I can’t use toner pads because the tugging and rubbing makes my skin worse.So my skincare routine is fine tuned to hydrate. When I added this serum, it helped to boost my other products. I was actually not looking for a pore serum when I purchased this product, I was looking for a serum with peptides, which this one has. I think it has wonderful hydrating properties and it does help reduce the look of pores over time.It’s not an overnight thing, any product that claims to do something overnight should be taken with a grain of salt. But this serum does help with bringing hydration back into the skin. I enjoy this serum and the price point is not too bad, considering so many K-Beauty items have shot up in price.I do not find this serum to be sticky, but I also apply products to damp skin, so that might be helpful for any who have had that problem. I recommend this serum if you are looking for something to help boost hydration.

Worth the hype
I (30F) really wish I would’ve taken closeup “before” pictures so I’d have something to show but you’ll have to take my word lol.I don’t think I’ve ever had horrible skin but I have had rather large pores and somewhat uneven skin tone (more so hormonal redness around my nose and between my brows). But ever since I started using this serum, my pores have become less noticeable.I should add I’m on my second bottle as I noticed that my pores “went back to normal” a while after I’d finished my first bottle. I did also add a Korean cream to my routine which helped the overall appearance of my skin but I totally recommend this product-I’ve had no irritation-Serum is lightweight and has no scent

Was not as effective for me as other products.
I was primarily using a retinol serum prior to this Closer serum. I thought it could take my skin to another level. I had no adverse reactions but just didn’t notice it was better or even as effective as my other product in terms of closing pores. Hydration and glow of the skin was still good. I’ve since returned to my retinol regimen.

Tried this product for the first time used it a hand full of times has worked well with my sensitive skin does really hydrate the skin emphasis on hydration. There’s no scent which is good has a good quality and cannot speak for the overall effectiveness of it as I’ve only been using it for a matter of two weeks.

Nice but Didn’t work for me !
This product is nice. It is lightweight and provides hydration to the skin, but I felt like it didn’t do much to my pores. I used it diligently for almost 4 weeks but I didn’t notice much change in my pores however by putting it on the skin, it felt nice. When we apply on the skin, it is little sticky, but we have to allow some time for it to dry.
