This is my first time trying creatine, so I don’t have a ton to compare it to, but I’ve definitely felt some impact in my workouts after taking this. They taste pretty good, but the one downside for me was the serving size, which is FOUR GUMMIES. If that doesn’t bother you, then definitely buy it! It was a bit much for me
