Seem to do the job
I’m not sure if it is placebo effect or if these are actually regulating cortisol but they do seem to be effective at calming when I feel like I am having high stress and low mental clarity. The taste isn’t bad at all and they weren’t too hard or too chewy. I would say the quality is good based on those factors. I felt like my energy was improved mainly because my brain could focus. The value for the money is very reasonable. I would recommend these.

Mixed bag
When I started taking these I started sleeping nicely and deeply and had more energy and I thought these were the be all cure-all. After 2 weeks I did not have the same improvements in my well-being or at least it didn’t feel like it. Hard to say what was going on. Maybe these are only four short-term improvements?

Tasty, helped improve my sleep!
These cortisol gummies are tasty, I really like the strawberry-banana flavor. I’ve been taking them for a couple weeks and have noticed that my sleep quality has improved. I feel like I fall asleep a little quicker and have more restful sleep; I’ve noticed on my smart watch that I’ve had more recharging rest as well. Overall, they’re a good value for the price and would order again.

They taste great, although I didn’t realize they were strawberry banana until I read the bottle. They just taste good and fruity to me. Cortisol levels are something I’ve really been working to improve and I feel good taking these. They’re easy to use, I have good energy, good sleep quality, so I’d say they’re effective. Good quality for the price. Five stars from me
