Finally Sleeping Through the Night
I’ve been drinking Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime Melatonin tea for a few weeks, and it has become part of my nightly routine. Feeling rested when I wake and decide to get up.
For me,, this tea worked wonders… I’ve had sleeping issues for decades. Including falling to sleep and then waking up 6,8 times till I finally decide to just get out of bed.. normally around 9, 930 am.Since I’ve started drinking this tea… I’ve been falling asleep easier,, and by that I mean,,when I put my head on the pillow, I fall asleep (guessing) within 5 or so minutes… and the best parts… I’m not waking up as many times during the night, and I’m also getting out of bed earlier, because when I wake up at 6 or 7 AM,, I feel rested.This falling asleep,, that I described. It isn’t a feeling of being so tired and sleepy that I can’t keep my eyes open.. Instead it’s a very gentle suggestion… “Joe I think it’s time for you to go to sleep”… kind of feeling.I normally drink the tea,, about 2 hours before I’d like to go to sleep…. and if I have to be up for some reason,, I can still function without feeling groggy… which was the case a few weeks ago.. My wife woke me telling me she was having a terrible pain,,, Long story short,,, a trip to the ER at about 1 AM.. The findings ? Kidney stones were getting passed. We got home at about 10am. I didn’t feel “doped up” at any point during the time at the hospital… oh and I stayed up the rest of the day.Me.. a man 79 years old,

We love this tea, it is great we love it when we are sick , we even drink it to help prevent us from getting sick! This is one tea that I have personally drank for years as did my mother before she passed. We love this tea! And, everyone knows how good this brand is!!! ❤️Echinacea is an immune booster, it is good to take echinacea to help build up your immune system. Echinacea helps boost your immune system which is great drinking echinacea and vitamin C both would really help you!I don’t know why echinacea has always reminded me of mentha but it has, I actually was drinking echinacea to help me when I I quit smoking. Echinacea and vitamin C, I did also have several packs of “herbal cigarettes” and I even used the patches / lozengers. And trust me that the echinacea really did a really good job especially when I needed menthol. This tea is amazing and the aroma is very nice too. I cannot vouch for how well the sleep Quality is because echinacea I don’t think about using that for sleep.. but, I recommend these echinacea tea bags because they really do help in many ways.Note: if you’ve never had this brand I want to note that they are not individually wrapped, there is a big bag and two tea bags are connected to each other and no there is not a string for seeping. Instead you just use your spoon and move it that way. (At least that is how I do it I don’t know how others do it.)

I honestly did not expect this tea to work this well… but wow. About 30 minutes after drinking it, I could literally feel my eyes getting heavy. I tried to fight it (because my ADHD brain never wants to shut up at night), and next thing I know , I’m fully asleep. No tossing, no racing thoughts, just out.I woke up early feeling calm, refreshed, and most importantly, with no headache or grogginess. That alone shocked me. As someone with ADHD whose mind is constantly on overdrive at night, this actually helped quiet things down. It works. Genuinely surprised me enough that I immediately bought another box.One very important side note: this tea contains catnip. I learned this the funny way when my cat went on a full-blown mission searching for it like her life depended on it. Had to move the box into a cupboard. Entertaining, but fair warning.Overall: effective, calming, and now a semi-permanent part of my night time routine. Just don’t leave it where your cat can find it.

I actually can’t get over how great this tea is! My son hasnt slept properly in months due to his autism and adhd, the latest hes fallen asleep is 3 am. Tonight he tried it and he was asleep before 8pm. I couldn’t recommend this enough.

Really works, 2 bags and in a large cup, 40 minutes before bed and I sleep like a baby! Shame that it’s so overpriced. Hopefully other companies will start making their own products to drive down the extortionate price!
