Tastes pretty good!

Productive but wet gumdrop vibes
I took it at night and by the next day was going to the bathroom multiple times. Definitely gets you moving. The flavor isnt bad but the texture is awful. It gives wet gumdrop. Not sure I can deal with the texture but rather have a few seconds of ick than constipation so there’s that. I also only took one gummy any time instead of the recommended 2 and it was doing its job

Benefits and value
I’ve been using these fiber gummies for 3 months since struggling with premenopausal constipation. This product doesn’t make me feel bloated. Gummies have nice flavor and are soft. Reasonably.

Best gummies I’ve ever tasted
I rarely write reviews. These fiber gummies are absolutely delicious. I look forward to taking them every night as part of My, “dessert.” I have to remind Myself they are fiber gummies & only allow Myself My allowable amount. If they released gummy snacks, I’d buy them. I highly recommend these. IDK how they got them to taste so amazing. All 3 of the flavors. (Lemon, orange, & strawberry) I buy other supplements in gummies, (Welch’s) gummy snacks, & I have even made My own infused gummies, and these are the best. I’d tried Metamucil before & had severe abdominal pains. These have not caused any discomfort whatsoever and are a joy to take. However, I personally take 3, wait a while, then take 3 more. (The serving is 2 gummies.) They smell good, are super soft, and don’t get stuck in My teeth. Everything about this product is 5 Stars.

Effectiveness depends on the individual
It tastes great and is easy to use. However, for me it causes a lot of gas and doesn’t seem to help with my constipation compared to psyllium husk.

Pros:- Easy to chew & swallow- Size is not too large- A simple way to get extra fiber into your diet most Americans don’t get enough fiberCons:- Taste isn’t bad but it could be improved- It’s pretty chewy that being said it’s fiber so it’s kinda expected
